Cymdeithas Lewsyn yr Heliwr Remembrance Program with support of Partisans Cymru of the Great Unrest will focus on a post 1400 Radical History of Cymru Commemoration Activity from Gwerin Owain Outlaw Rebels to the Tarw Scotch, People of the Pitcfork Struggle against Enclosures and in Corn Riots Workers Secret Society, to the strikes of Rural Labourers, Iron, Coal and Slate Workers up to the Great Miners Strike in our own times. However, note having just exhausted ourselves on 1831 Remembrance, we intend to progress slowly regards below as our time and money allows. If anything is organised it will more than likely be in form of simple Wreath Laying tributes and smaller one day field trips, if your interested in any of this work and that includes playing a keen part in Cymdeithas yr Lewsyn yr Heliwr do get in touch.
Land and Liberty - Wales Land Act Commemorative Campaigning.
Two events, I would like to get in this year would be regards 1826 Struggle on Mynydd Bach and the struggle to keep the British Army out of the Preseli Mountains in our own times:
These two events are victories in the history of Welsh Land and Liberty struggles and there is great need to commemorate them more. This might just come to another weekend and be on or about 14 July in association with my proposed annual Welsh Republican gathering at Maenclochog:
